The domaine is managed in organic agriculture – AB certified FR BIOB10 and the vines are also conducted with the principles of biodynamics, Demeter conversion planned for the 2021 vintage.
Soil : Clay and limestone.
Harvested at night to keep the freshness.
Sulfites : 70mg/L (the limit for organic wines is 150 Mg/L).
Alcohol content : 13% Vol.
Selection and blending done by Gilles Baude.
